I hope that suit was made of extra strong lycra spandex material, otherwise, what you saw on the way down, you'll see a naked version on the way back up.
A really small 2 piece swimsuit on an obese woman: what was she thinking? Was she hurt, no one asked. Did she lose her swim suit? No visuals needed.Women that show themselves like this woman has done need to cover up for the sake of self respect.
