That might not be the first time the dog has gone after his. Maybe the owner is an ahole and won't keep control of his dog. I would bet the dog won't come back for awhile. I'd also bet you might regret messing with that guy.
The guy on the bike survived the concrete truck encounter. Happened 06 July 2022 on Camenite de Cachoeiras de Macacu, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It's a touristy place for mountain cyclists.
