Dumbfuck thought he was special and caution tape doesn't apply to him. Why is the world FILLED with so many assholes? Seriously, Darwin says these people shouldn't be here anymore.
I used to comment about the "special" people often. Then one day my daughter and I attended an outdoor event where glass containers and pets were not allowed. In fact, "No Pets, No Glass Containers" was printed in the advertising, promotional posters and on the tickets. While we were there, I hear my daughter say, "Look Dad, it's the special family". I turn to see a family of 4, all carrying a beverage in a glass bottle, with their dog. They had just walked past one of the posters and they all had their tickets in hand. I think my girl was about 8 at the time. Some folks just believe that rules do not apply to them and that their priorities are the only ones that matter.
I blame it all on Ruger Firearms and the Ford Motor Company. Ruger for the freaking paragraph they now install on all their gun barrels and Ford for the Pinto. Both responsible for massive personal liability lawsuits. Used to be, stupid people were taken care of by Mother Nature.
Did anyone actually stop the family and point out the rule, and if so did they comply? If not then, then the rule did not apply to them...... Only make rules/laws you are willing and able to enforce.
You talk about condition white. This was my business. It was a surprise when somebody would come over and say sorry pal I messed up your deal. Not a big fix at this point but in another hour ouch.
I used to replace sidewalk squares downtown. We would hire a guy specifically to baby sit the work and call immediately if someone stepped in. You can barricade all you want. People are morons.
