  1. Remarkable restraint and compassion by the young man. It's a sad commentary on our country that a 17 year young man is the only one standing up to these rotten bastards.

    1. Smart and level headed, would not have inserted himself in a riot with a gun that he wasn't legally allowed to possess in a city and state in which he didn't reside.

Sweet Jesus, does anyone have a room temperature IQ out there, lmao...

  3. But they have no choice but to prosecute lest self defense during a riot becomes accepted as normal. That would make it difficult to recruit rioters next time. The entire "trial" and persecution is designed as deterence against "nomies" who might be tempted to defend themselves, their businesses or their homes. If anyone acts in defense, they will be hounded to poverty. The "process is the punishment".

    1. Well said. That's why they are so fanatic about the January 6 'insurrection': burning down the communities and business of poor black people is OK, but don't you dare come on OUR turf. Rules for thee and rules for me.

  5. If you have not been there, go to lawofselfdefense.com for a comprehensive analysis of the trial, day by day. Numerous prosecution witnesses can be watched doing more to bolster the defense's case than the prosecution's. Sort of like the Three Stooges mixed in with the Keystone Cops. I liked the Marine Rifleman and really liked "Blondie", the 56yo pistol packing gal who irritated the morons at the prosecution table by telling the truth with her slow and methodical responses-no ruffling her feathers. Then there is the guy who testified that the prosecutors attempted to get him to change his police statement; the idiots could not get the guy to budge. Keep in mine he was a PROSECUTION witness. At least one other witness had his earlier scheduled trial postponed by the same prosecutors to after this trial (he is charged with providing the weapon Kyle had with him). Sounds a little fishy.

Kyle is portrayed as "bad" because he crossed the state line that day from Illinois into Wisconsin. Let's analyze: he lived with his mother and sister in an Illinois town right on the border; his father lived in Kenosha (as did several relatives)-all of 15 miles away. He spent a lot of time visiting family, playing, and hunting in Wisconsin. Who gives a shit about where the state line sits? (Been there/done that for many years a couple hundred miles south of Kenosha in a metro area that was bisected by a state line). But, the kid must be bad, right? Even his sister was with him when they were cleaning graffiti off the nearby high school that morning, as per photo documentation entered into evidence.

What was Rosenbaum doing at that same time? He was just released from a mental hospital in Milwaukee, 30 miles away, and was traveling down to Kenosha; but hey, he didn't cross no stinking state line to get there, did he? As reported by Fox, the guy had spent over a decade in an Arizona prison for assault on a child. His "fiance" testified that he came to Wisconsin from Texas a year ago and they are both homeless, living in a nearby motel. The guy was begging people to kill him that night. He got his wish. His woman is reported to have filed a $10 million civil lawsuit over his death. She told the court how nice of a guy he was.

It goes on and on. Gotta mention that Skateboard Man-the guy named Huber-has a father who has filed a $10 million lawsuit naming the city and county as being negligent for allowing rioters to riot in their town. Makes sense, right? The other guy-who got his bicep "vaporized"-also has filed a big dollar lawsuit with multiple defendants. Hell, even Facebook is named in one of the lawsuits.

  6. The judge seems pretty much a no nonsense straight-shooter. Won't allow prosecution to refer to the dead morons as "victims" but will allow the defense to describe the rioters and arsonists as such if they can prove it. The best part is when he dresses down the snarky prosecutor who keeps crossing the wrong lines himself. The judge properly told the jury that the case is not about Second Amendment rights, but about the defendant's constitutional right to a fair trial. He is described as the longest tenured Wisconsin judge and for a 75yo seems pretty sharp. There is a possibility that the judge could even throw the case out after final arguments on Monday, though that seems a pretty risky thing to do. If I were the jury foreman the deliberations and decision would be finished within an hour after getting the case from the judge.

Was wondering who some of the defense players were and found this lady's picture with the defense team, so looked her up. This short you tube describes the legal field she pioneered (hint-it started with the OJ trial):

The more digging one does on this case the more one learns how much the media is frequently twisting the story around through skillful or blatant lies and simple "oversights". No surprise there. Of special note (and nowhere to be found in media coverage): the starting point for the Kenosha riots was a police shooting of a suspect in his back with 7 bullets as he was resisting arrest; the DA's office ruled the shooting was in self defense and no charges were filed against that shooter, a Kenosha policeman. But all the media wants us to know if the victim was Black and the killer is white. (In case you are not aware: the AP Style Guide dictates capital "B" and lowercase "w"). One would guess they maintain with a straight face that is not in the least bit racist on their part.

So predictable: Dementia Man was able to find his way from his basement in Delaware to Kenosha a couple days after the shootings to...well....act like a pandering politician. Go figure. One can only wonder if Kyle is found "not guilty" how long it will take Garland to gin up a bunch of federal charges.

The video is right: the Rittenhouse case is an attack on half the country.

  8. After he walks free he needs to sue ALL the MSM for defamation and slander, TYT especially. Let Soros pay out a couple hundred million and we'll see how much slack he gives the "Turks" in the future. I bet the kid ends up a billionaire and that he immediately gives 10% to his local church.
