18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

It should happen, but it won't. Those responsible are extra-legal status. Some low level volunteers may get the ax but not the ones who orchestrated the coup d'etat.

ReplyDeleteYou'll never see anyone tried for treason in the US right now, in our current geopolitical environment. To suggest it is ridiculous beyond compare. Sure, maybe a trumped up charge for one of us "peasants" but never, EVER will you see those responsible and deserving the full measure of "the law" to be tried, much less, convicted. It's a fallacy, a dream, of which you must awaken to the realization that in order to affect change to the evil that has befallen us, you'll have to shoot these motherfuckers in the face your own damn self! ReplyDeletebeen to corporal punishments in southwest asia before all the nationalism came about. In Saudi it was an event in many ways. royals always got the chop in private, but the proles got it in the public square as an reminder to not be a baaaad boy or girl.
this execution by the state authority behind closed doors simply defeats the primary purpose of capital punishment which beside removing scum from our society, teaching a lesson in power to punish to the young is lost. public hanging or beheading, the taking of an arm or two for theft, the removal of a tongue for liable, and other things before the citizen in all its gruesomeness should be the rule. even for the royals we hold above us in this country, the USA.
for the majority of criminals, prison time means nothing. losing your penis and balls for rape? losing an entire arm for robbery or car theft? thats an attention getter.
The Death Penalty for Treason only applies in wartime. Unfortunately.

There is a long list of ways to charge the guilty but first I would put in Gitmo, limit visits and have them pay to have a lawyer travel, limit phones calls to once weekly and they must pay for the calls, any medical, food, laundry. water used, any special needs are limited. These people got rich by deceit therefore they can spend it trying to clear their deeds.
ReplyDeleteExactly Anon. No, voter fraud isn't technically treason. However, there are many ways to tie sedition, conspiracy, etc. to what occurred in the last political cycle to the coup which took place. I am not going to get into splitting words or Juris Prudence with the troll.
