Agreed. . One laughable point is 'the de-valuation of the dollar'. . Fiat currency has zero-zero-zero value. It is paper and ink, it is incapable of value other than identical uses of other paper with ink. Newspapers from last week -- valueless. Magazines from the 1950s -- valueless. Cardboard signs after rioters dump them -- valueless. Toilet-paper after it is used a couple-three times -- valueless. . Paper money. I immediately exchange the stuff for durable tangible goods IN MY POSSESSION.
Large Marge I'd be thrilled to have my Uncles 1950+ Popular Mechanics Magazines in good shape. Back then People BUILT Stuff in their basement shops. But for the most part most magazines like Rolling Stones (used to be music, seems now Medical Experts) are useful mainly for fire starting.
