By parking my mouse pointer slightly below one of the brighter things on the right I can see slight movement in the sky. It would mess up the picture if it was tight on something in the sky but it's not that kind of astrophotography.
The fun fact is that movement is almost exactly half the speed the hour hand on a clock moves.

A great example of the difference between reality and illusion caused by perspective.
