I'm sure there will be a difference of opinions concerning this post.
Trump is usually animated with his hands.
Obviously, this speech is a serious matter and he has his hands clasped together the whole time except in the four minute time frame.

Yes it was "odd" but there is nothing nefarious going on here. Trump is walking a fine line, as I have always believed, the deep state or government establishment bureaucracy, whatever you want to call it is very powerful and I can imagine that Trump was given a stark choice: go quietly or your life will be destroyed! And to that end he is treading very carefully. And all of us should say to ourselves: "but for the grace of god there go I" Which one of you would stick his neck out and have it chopped off by taking on the leviathan Government Bureaucracy?
