No I haven't seen them, Fatman I would definitely get, cranky Santa reminds me of me. Songbird looks too dystopian and scary of what the dems have in store for us.
Fatman is a tradition now. Will watch annually. Die Hard Holiday Inn/ White Christmas ( Double Feature) Miracle at Morgans Creek Lemon Drop Kid Grumpy Cats Worst Christmas Ever Fatman
"A Bluebird in My Heart" (2018). Don't let the title fool you. "I'm Your Woman" (2020). Same. Stream "Taboo" (2017). It's an intense (not for sensitive eyes or ears) but fascinating mix of political and personal intrigue set in 1814 London. The East India Company vying with The Crown and a young America (they need gunpowder) for a small strip of land that gives access to the China trade belonging to the very alpha James Delaney (Tom Hardy) - with just a hint of the supernatural. Nothing Christmassy. I'm not feeling the warm fuzzy this year. Maybe 2024. Jerry

"Die Hard" (1988 Bruce Willis) and "Convicts" (1991 Robert Duvall) are two of my favorite Christmas movies.
ReplyDeleteFatman looks promising, Songbird not so much.
ReplyDeleteFatman was great.
ReplyDeleteI recommend trapped in paradise as a good but underrated Christmas movie.

ReplyDeleteSaw Fatman and came away with a WTF reaction. Watched again and I really liked it. Finally, something original out of Hollywood.
ReplyDeleteWatched Fatman last night. I thought it had potential but turned out just mediocre to me.
