What a great album! Their first album just cut through all the crap that was being played at that time. Drinking beer, playing poker with buddies until 5 in the morning, Van Halen blasting away in the back ground, really great album to have when you were young, hell, it is a great album now.
RIP Eddie Van Halen, gone too soon. Heaven just gained the best guitarist ever.
I vividly remember when this album came out. I think it was the first time I had really been interested in "hard rock". I was always amazed at their videos.
