I take one day off and by the looks of things, at zero-dark-thirty-something a.m., this week is gonna be a long one. Too much to do, not enough hours in the day, and the sun setting earlier and earlier doesn't help. I know it happens every year but, lately, it seems to happen all of sudden.
More coffee...needed.
One last thing, I saw this yesterday as I traveled across state lines to the PROM. (People's Republic of Massachusetts). I see what he did there 😁.

DeleteThe People’s Republic is moving up here. I have lost out on 15 houses since the 1st of August. The final straw was this weekend. Ok house that I saw potential in. Offered 20k over list. Some out of stater (read NY) swooped in with a no appraisal, no inspection all cash offer 50k over... sight unseen. Both the realtor and I have given up hope for now.

PROM, love it! I've been calling it the Volksrepublik, but PROM is so much better! I miss Bruce/mAssBackwards and the old Massholes blogs. You're all that's left.
