Watching the video the guy with the handgun is walking up to Kyle who is sitting on the ground, I think if Kyle hadn't made a lucky shot that he would be dead. Put yourself in Kyle's shoes, a bunch of people are following and aggressively hitting him. The bad part is that Wisconsin has been totally supporting the rioters, getting a fair trial is going to be impossible.

Once again we see that the FACTS are irrelevant to the commie left and their media whore accomplices. This young man has already been charged with a EVERY CRIME the prosecutor in Kenosha County can dream up...and will likely face more after the prosecutor delves into the Penal Code. He faces the high order probability of spending years, decades, perhaps even LIFE in prison for defending himself against three CRIMINALS engaged in unlawful activities. Proof that the "system" is broken beyond repair. Anyone who believes we have a "justice" system in America is an abject fool and this case will PROVE that we do not. It's scary to know that the future of this brave young man rests on the honesty of the judge presiding over his case and whether or not an IMPARTIAL jury can actually be seated. Considering the level of corruption infesting our courts I have grave doubts that an honest trial will be had. Just as I have grave doubts that a fair election can ever again happen in America.
