I was never much of a bacon eater. However after contracting a medical problem that precludes bacon and some other rarely eaten, yet thoroughly enjoyed foods, I sure do miss it/them, especially when grilling season rolls around.
Nemo - sorry about your dietary issues - not sure what I would do if bacon went off my eating list. I'll have an extra strip in your honor the next time it comes up on my routine. (best I can do for ya).
