no kidding, finally a saturday run where i wasn't sweating like a sprinkler, pushing a curtain of nasty humid air out of the way, and actually enjoying running again. it's normally a 2 month period July and August when its like this in the carolinas. this year it was 3 months of nasty. horrifically hot and humid running, today was 74 and felt like heaven.
