The last of the Doolittle Raiders has passed. Ret. Col. Richard Cole was the last of 80 men who participated in the famed "Doolittle Raid". I saw Col Cole last summer here in MN at an air show. I didn't get a chance to talk to him or thank him for his service. I got goose bumps all the same. I would rather hero worship him and his generation vs any actor, athlete or...???
