While we are on the topic of Pork: This little piggy isn't going home from the market anymore! According the Virginia law, a genuine Smithfield ham MUST be cured in Smithfield, Va.
Thankfully bar-b-que establishments are islam free zones, one because of the pork, and two because of the second amendment. (Close behind Waffle House).
