  1. Nah, she never did a whole lot for me. Now, her costar Jan Smithers on "WKRP In Cincinnati", that's another story................

    1. I agree with your assessment about luscious Jan Smithers, but I don't think any of us would have kicked Loni A. out of the bed for eating crackers...

  2. I agree. Jan Smithers was the real beauty on that show. She was also featured on the cover of Newsweek for a special issue about SoCal teen.

  4. I was never a big Lonnie fan either, but in this poster and few others she was very "photogenic", especially during those years she was married to Burt.

    3. Not even the infamous turkeys can fly show?

By the way, they can fly well enough to get up into a tree, but plop, plop stays in the memory. Viral before the web.

    4. The turkey show was only the third or fourth episode of the first season! What a magnificent start of a funny, funny show.

    5. Nope, not episode did I ever watch Sykes.1. I probably should give it a try. I had never watched an episode of "All in the Family" until a few years ago and I think some of those episodes are the "bomb" today. I was born in the mid-60's. We lived in the country so I only got three channels most of my time living at home with my parents as did everyone else I knew. I'm telling my age, but my grandparents had only black and white television sets until I was a pretty good sized. Lots of folks had them until the mid-70's in my area.
Yes, turkeys can fly and farther than one might think. The lake I live on is wide in some places and I've seen turkeys fly all the way across.
