Citing Clinton, Sailor Seeks Leniency In Submarine Photos Case
A navy sailor who is facing the possibility of years in prison for taking a few photographs inside a nuclear submarine is seeking leniency prior to him being sentenced. Petty Officer First Class Kristian Saucier is citing the decision of the FBI and DOJ not to prosecute Hillary Clinton.
