My wife, daughter, and I went to the Trump rally in Birmingham on Saturday. He was to appear at eleven in the morning. Around ten, the organizers kicked off the program with a retired Army Colonel offering the invocation, a highly decorated Marine combat veteran singing the National Anthem, then a glee club from Lee University of Cleveland , TN singing an ensemble of patriotic songs. It was great. Shortly after the glee clubs performance there was a lull and my wife turned to me and said "it would be great if Ted Nuggent burst onto the stage and sang "Scratch Cat Fever"! Oh, the irony. A few moments later, The Donald did come on the stage to The Lynrd Skynrd Band's "Sweet Home Alabama"! It was huge. https://youtu.be/9Cyokaj3BJU
