Something is up near a UPS facility near Washington DC.... update with more info in the comments




 I can't find anything else other than this when I went to process a shipment

Service Delays in Areas of Maryland and Washington, D.C.

We are currently experiencing some service delays at one of our facilities servicing some areas of Maryland and Washington, D.C.
We will work to ensure the safety of our employees while minimizing effects on service. We will continue to assess the situation and will work to ensure that shipments arrive at their final destinations as quickly as possible as conditions permit.

    "Delays are possible this afternoon due to police activity in the downtown Washington DC area.

    Streets may be blocked off due to continued police presence. Buses will make every attempt to make as many stops as possible through the affected area."
