Yep that time of year. I had an acquaintance who deep sixed a golf cart in a pond while playing with us. He swam out and grabbed a baggie floating on the water, didn't worry about the set of clubs still attached to the cart under water, and left without saying a word to anyone. I found out later that bag of pot would have put him back in jail.....idiot.
