    A friend of mine who worked night shift was driving home one morning and fell asleep. His car went off the road, and hit the end of a guard rail.

    Since he had fallen asleep, and slumped down to one side, he was completely missed by the section of guard rail that entered through the windshield, and went right through the headrest of the driver's seat!
