IHOP used to make a bacon egg cheeseburger that was to die for. This, yeah, I'm in.
I'm in too. That is a classic.
Try making a Bagelwich. Cut a bagel in half. On one side put a mound of sliced roast beef on top a slice of swiss. On the other half put a mound of bacon underneath a slice of swiss. Run under a broiler long enough to melt the cheese, put the sides together, and enjoy. Don't do eggs myself but I'm sure you could toss one on somewhere. I also make Rubenbagels too.
