Why the GOP won’t challenge vote fraud?

I just came across the link below that gives some reasons why the GOP doesn't challenge the results of this election.  I know we have all been pointing out the fact that nothing seems to be getting done in regards to the out right and blatant fraud. Almost every blog I read has had some post about fraud even in the comments people have mentioned personal experience at the polls. I have  a family member that witnessed 20 new people walk in, register to vote and vote right then and there. This was in a small town. How does that happen?
