    IF you kept watching the video You'd see 4 other cops clothesline the bike rider, cuff, tase and pepper spray him into submission...Just kidding. Joe.

    There are indeed some very great human beings that are cops. However, it appears that their percentage has been going down rapidly.
    This was nice to see.
