I went to "METHODS MACHINERY" in Sudbury Ma. to check out their Metal Storm Show.
They had a full warehouse of various vertical and horizontal machining centers running demos.
Wire edm machines and robotic loaders were also being demonstrated.
Overall it was a good show.. I'm glad I left the checkbook at the shop.
I am a frustrated metal and wood worker, ever since I so called retired, I find my project list is longer than my arm, the frustrating part is that I have no tools and lots of ideas, so I completely sympathize when you said ""left the check book at home. I find myself making do with what i have and being surprised when it works.
