My Good Deed For Today...

I was out taking my afternoon walk when I happened upon this baby turtle starting to walk

 across the street.


The cars fly by at a good clip so I knew he wouldn't last long. I set him back over the stonewall where 

hopefully he'll survive.

    I'm glad you were on foot so that you could see the little guy. Living in Florida, I see a lot of HUGE turtles in the act of crossing the highway. I'm the woman who pulls to the side, hops into the street and tries to figure out how to hurry him across since he's usually too big to pick up.
