These kids are CLEARLY suffering from a condition known as "Chronic Hickory Deficiency."
Thankfully, the problem is easily remedied, however the parent - being the one to blame for said deficiency - is also the one most likely to deprive the children of the needed application.
On the bright side, bail is usually cheaper than college tuition, so she'll be in a better position to provide what they need when they're grown.
At least one of them's already in prison stripes!

I noticed a child-gate in the beginning of the vid, so I'm starting to suspect this was staged for publicity, as it's gone viral so quickly.
