As a teenager I used to be able to stand net to a pickup truck (of the time), station wagon, sedan and jump straight up and land on the fender or in the bed and could jump off of the set of doubles from the hay truck to the ground and walk away casually. My progression mirrored that video and with my MS and I come up to an 2 or 3 inch curb, I have to stop and balance myself up over the curb to avoid falling... I have to turn around and walk backward down stairs so my forward momentum is toward the stairs and if I fall I land on the stairs, only bruising my knees at the minimum, not break my neck going tea kettle over my ass. I am 67 and it ain't gonna get better.
I'm now close to 70. i just say FUCK IT and go back to the porch to get another beer.
