I bet if some one conducted a survey or researched all government administrative and judicial positions world wide in all jurisdictions they would find women hold the lion's share of those positions. #22--I still have the long hair going for me; in fact, it's longer than in 1978. In '78, I was 13, and wanted to grow my hair. My parents said it could be collar-length. The thing is, they meant the top of my collar, and I was going for the bottom of my collar. And so the battle began.... BTW, it's now down to mid-back.
