  1. Of course, this happens to normal people all the time. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into someone else’s house and not recognized it wasn’t my freaking house. And freaking killed the guy.

How about never. No how, no way.

Wanna start a pool on what happens to her? No one would take the bet she gets charged eith murder 2.

  2. Unintentional felony breaking and entering, resulting in murder. I'm sure there is a policy for that in the PD.

    Ditto SGB.

  3. "An altercation ensued but authorities did not say how the incident escalated."

How about, most likely she started it and ordered him to the floor, and shot him when he refused.

  6. More and more reasons to lock, double lock, triple lock, and Katy-Bar the door.

How did she just "get in".....

  7. Taking bets on her getting charged, and especially getting sentenced to actual jail time for manslaughter?? So tired of these stories.

    1. Double or nothing on how much the local police union fights against her even getting fired.

    1. I read this morning that she was charged with manslaughter. I guess the "she was following department protocol" speech wouldn't work in this case. Like many, I do have a few questions that will probably never be publicly answered even if they could. 1. How did she get inside? Was the door unlocked? I wonder if she tried her key? 2. I wonder if she identified herself as a police officer? Not that it mattered. 3. Then there is the big what if. What if he had of lit her ass up? Would he have been charged with anything? From what I've read and if this had of occurred in Alabama based on our "castle laws", he would have been completely justified in shooting her crazy ass. I can only imagine what the tenant must have been thinking right before she shot him. Oh, and Odysseus I would never take that bet. I think you are 100% correct in that the union will defend her till the cows come home. Stay tuned.
