The Winning Streak......
A woman arrives home from work and her husband notices she's wearing a diamond necklace.
He asks his wife, "Where did you get that necklace?"
She replies, "I won it in a raffle at work. Go get my bath ready while I start dinner."
The next day, the women arrives home from work wearing a diamond bracelet.
Her husband asks, "Where did you get the bracelet?"
She replies, "I won it in a raffle at work. Go get my bath ready while I start dinner."
The next day, her husband notices she arrives home from work wearing a mink coat. He says, "I suppose you won that in a raffle at work?"
She replies, "Yeah I did! How did you guess? Go get my bath ready while I start supper."
Later after supper, she goes to take her bath and she notices there is only one inch of water in the tub. She yells to her husband, "HEY! There's only an inch of water in the tub."
He replies, "I didn't want you to get your raffle ticket wet."

Yes, a package of bacon...
They should have arrested her for damaging the bacon!!
GOLDSBORO (WTVD) --
On Sunday, a Goldsboro man reported to police that he was slapped with a package of bacon.Yes, a package of bacon...
According to a police report, the man said he was arguing with his girlfriend at their apartment on West Lockhaven Drive when she struck him in the face with an uncooked package of bacon.
Goldsboro police said charges had not yet been filed; officers did not mention if they confiscated the delicious evidence.
Hopefully, the couple can meat in the middle and work out their differences.

So, They Will Blame In On Hackers.....
The US Department of Defense is concerned that hackers could
take down the US financial system and is working with Wall Street
traders to figure out a way to protect against the threat.
The
Pentagon’s research arm, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency
(DARPA), is consulting with dozens of traders and quantitative hedge
fund managers to understand the extent of the damage hackers could cause
to the US financial system, the Wall Street Journal reports.DARPA has spent the last year and a half consulting with executives from a range of financial companies in what has been described as an early-stage pilot project to identity market vulnerabilities.
The project is unclassified and DARPA confirmed its details to the WSJ. It’s called the Financial Markets Vulnerabilities Project.

A Fellow Blogger Needs Some Help....
Blogger George over at Armedlaughing is in need of some help in getting a new
orthopedic lift chair:
He writes:
Over the past few weeks, I have become weaker. Lymphoma can do that. I’ve loss muscle-mass, making getting out of my orthopedic lift chair difficult, sometimes even impossible.
The chair herself is now broken and irreparable. Chair experts advise I am in need of a new one. This is not like buying an ordinary chair. They are build for patient height and weight, and many stores simply want to move them off the floor, patient need come-what-may.
And, of course, I’ve few funds.
My friend (an ex-gf) said she will set up a donation page toward this end. And my ex-wife (a different person!) told me she to help!
A quality chair can cost well over $1200, funds I do not have. And, given my circumstances I NEED a chair with a warranty.
And in the past month I have had to call the fire department FOUR TIMES to help me get out of my broken chair!
(How pathetic is that!)
Below is Judy’s Fundly Account she set up on my behalf. Of course, there is also the PayPal account on this blog.
If you can take action, terrific, GREAT! (and THANK YOU) If you are unable, please keep a good thought…
