Put A Fork In This Planet... It's All Done.....
First sign of the end times.... Notes from the road.
Driving in on the morning commute I was in a slow moving line of traffic in both directions due to buses.
As I passed by one of the driveways that the bus was heading to there were two elementary school
age girls waiting for the bus.
They were twerking to the cars driving by.
I am not making that up.
We are doomed.

Second sign of the endtimes...
From Drudge...
Adolescence no longer ends when people hit 18, according to updated guidelines being given to child psychologists.
The new directive is designed to extend the age range that child psychologists can work with from 18 years old up to 25.
We are doom doomed.
WTF??? >>> LINK<<<

Third sign of the endtimes...
Mayhem over Bobblehead dolls? again WTF?? >>LINK<<
We are double doom doomed......
Last one out... shut off the lights.

Henry Might Want To Trade In His Solothurn......

Ah yes... The Good Old Days...
One of my readers sent this along earlier:
I was at a landfill this morning and a driver brought in a container that was used to clean out the home of an elderly couple. I found several old newspapers that had been tucked into a manilla envelope. Some were ratty, but some were in good shape. Car, appliance, food, and clothing prices were amazing. The sports sections were totally Caucasian in the earlier editions. No mention of crime. Nowadays, Birmingham usually has several shootings per night and at least one homicide every couple of days along with several rapes, robberies, etc per week. It was amazing how hair and clothing styles changed from 1963 to 1969. Oh, I saw an article about air pollution being dangerous, etc. in the 1969 paper. No mention of global warming, energy shortages, or the Middle East so far! LOL

Awwww..The Kiss...
Obama is thinking: "This proves I am not a Muslim - no Muslim would kiss a pig."
Pelosi is thinking: "I've had so many face lifts, you are actually kissing my ass."
John Peden... Anyone Else Getting Emails From This Guy?
I got a couple emails in regards to this press release... anyone else seeing these?
NEW WEBSITE HELPS GUN
CONTROL ADVOCATES STAY SAFE
Both Pro-Gun Control
And Pro-Firearm Activists Can Report Where People Are Safe From Evil Guns
Even with support for gun control at an all-time low following the Navy Yard mass murder, gun control activists continue to insist that building a national gun registry will finally solve the problem. Senator Dianne Feinstein said recently, “I’m going to have my hair done this morning and there’s somebody outside the salon waiting for me who says, ‘Are you going to try and take our guns away again?’ With, you know, malevolence. It’s that attitude, the lack of… care and concern about the survival of the general public so that somebody can have a house full of weapons.”
John Peden, the founder of GunControlHeroMarker.com, said, “Perhaps we, the pro-firearm people are looking at this the wrong way. I built Gun Control Hero Marker so people can share where those precious Gun Control Heroes live and we can get this list of “Safety Zones” out so people will know where they’ll be safe from some gun-toting redneck with a Rambo complex. The simple fact is that, with over 300 million legal firearms owned by over 80 million law-abiding Americans today, it is much easier to mark where guns are NOT than where they are. There are 2 or 3 million Gun Control Heroes throughout the country that want the government to know which citizens are armed and which are not.”
GunControlHeroMarker.com is the one place where both sides of this issue can come together – heroic gun control activists know that a giant database filled with personal information is a good thing and pro-firearm activists don’t have to worry that their 2nd Amendment rights are being infringed. Everybody wins and gets what they want.

This is Mr. Finn Dempsey and He Needs Some Help....
His mother is a dear friend of fellow blogger Mojave Rat and she has started a website
PROJECT FINN
to raise money for his medical bills.
"Project Finn is about raising funds to help offset the costs of his premature entry into this world and our family, and the heart surgery that he needs. Finn, our eleventh child, was born at 28 weeks via an emergency c-section on September 5th, 2013 at two pounds and five ounces after it was discovered that my amniotic fluid had leaked and my uterus was infected."
more of the story at PROJECT FINN
Mr Rat has reached out to fellow bloggers to see if we can pass the word and maybe
help young Mr Finn here.

The pale moon lights the clouds, the headlights cut the fog, the highway lines fade in the distance .......
...and this would be an appropriate song from my youthful years
