Strange question. A few days ago, I was slinging around, reading a bunch of different blogs, and came across one that linked to a page that discussed what would happen when/if the entitlement teat was turned off. Minority areas uprising, moving into other areas, etc...
And NOW that I want to read it in it's entirety, I can't find the damn thing. There is only three possible places I could have seen it, and was wondering it it was one of yours?
