Las Vegas DUI Checkpoint Refusal ......

Here I am rolling through a DUI checkpoint. Refusing to answer their questions, I'm eventually freed.

    Guy's damned lucky they didn't snatch him out of the car and arrest him on some bogus charge.

    If that happened here in Florida he would still be in jail (until he bonded out) and the judge would not be nice to him.
