Australia's Restrictive Gun Laws Working Nearly As Well As Chicago's

Many liberal concepts begin as well meaning "good intentions". I believe a large portion of those peoples who consider themselves liberals do not realize that they are being led or herded in a direction where the true agenda is much more sinister than the "rallying cry" they have chosen to "follow"  (i.e. gun control). I sincerely believe the people who are REALLY seek to disarm Americans (or any country for that matter) are people who have a vested interest in controlling and imposing their will upon those who are armed. People tend to be harder to load onto cattle cars or line up beside a ditch for that little brown spot in the back of the head when they have the means to kill their oppressors. Who is not for lower homicide and suicide rates? If one listens to the "MINISTRY OF PROPAGANDA" (aka MSM) long enough, one might be convinced that gun owning conservatives are not and are only blood thirsty-racist-deplorables. Commie-liberals are masters of the lie. They tell similar lies in regard to pollution and "clean drinking water".  Who in the hell is not for clean drinking water? According to liberals and the MSM, it is the evil capitalist business owner, whose only concern is profit, The image Commie-liberals want to project is that business owners will stop at nothing even if it means throwing strychnine and baby kittens into nearby streams to make a dollar. Wasn't it Goebbels who said "repeat a lie enough and it becomes the truth" (or something to that effect)? Using environmental laws and gun control are two tenants  of Communism. These two issues are used to manipulate and to control people. Of course there are others, but since we are discussing gun control, I will not go there today. Australians along with the inhabitants of many countries and cities have been lulled into believing that by surrendering or greatly curtailing the right for an individual to keep and bear arms murders, suicides and violent crimes can nearly be wiped out forever. This is not true in any society. As much as liberals and Communist want people to believe it, it doesn't make it so. Never surrender any firearms. Citizens without arms are subjects.

The above video details the seven people slaughtered in Australia yesterday because the criminal who shot them did not obey the laws. It is the same in gun-free Chicago. Criminals (there is a reason that name has been bestowed upon the lawless) do not obey laws. "No Guns Allowed" signage doesn't stop gun violence.

  1. Now they'll want to confiscate the guns from everyone who didn't do it....

  2. This is way out of the ordinary and very shocking down here.
I own guns and am happy to comply with current laws in Victoria which is probably most strict of all the states. I dont want them any tighter mind you, but current mix seems to keep guns away from undesirables in community while not being too onerous. It means this sort of thing is very infrequent and why it makes the news when it happens.
This idiot was obviously mentally deranged.
We dont have many hand guns or semi-autos in the community so mass shootings are nearly impossible here.
I have a 12g a 7mm hunting rifle and a 22, and storage and licensing laws are pretty easy to comply with. I used to have semi autos before they became more difficult to own, but dont really miss them. Just have to learn to make first shot count!
Shootings here are so infrequent that this usually does not impact gun laws. We actually do have some common sense debate in Australia. Most gun crimes are committed with illegal firearms, so legally owned arms are not the problem.
    I am in Melbourne Australia.

    1. Legally owned firearms are not 'the problem' in the US either. Only 3% of crimes involving firearms in the US involve legal weapons. As far as gun murders are concerned, the big difference between Oz and the US is that we in Oz don't have what the FBI classifies as 'Blacks'. In a nutshell, the US problem is mostly inner-urban black gangs with illegal pistols. PS a gentle reminder to Americans - Australia has the 24th highest rate of gun ownership in the world. Of around 250 murders p.a., only 13% (33) involve firearms. http://crimestats.aic.gov.au/NHMP/

  3. Now...someone remind me who it was in the 1960's I think in the USA that went on a killing spree with a single shot bolt action... Around 35 killed I think. Interesting how that and other mass killings via poisons, knives etc don't prompt calls for the same level of control and prohibition

  4. Thanks for the insight Anon in Australia. I believe your last sentence is what sets up apart ("Most gun crimes are committed with illegal firearms, so legally owned arms are not the problem"). Your last sentence is a exactly like the tactic used by the MSM. Not that this was your intent, but the wording takes the focus off the person and projects it towards guns. Guns, whether legally owned or illegally owned are not the problem. People are the problem. Guns are inanimate objects. A prime example of this is the car used by a muslim in Melbourne in June of '17 to kill three people and seriously injure another twenty. That car was also an inanimate object. Without a driver to steer the wheel and press the accelerator the car would be much like a gun without someone to aim it and pull the trigger. When this mass attack by car occured did liberals in your country call for "stricter car control"?

    1. “That if the man actually had a fully automatic weapon, as he would have had in America,..”

Now, with that statement, we all realize you didn’t not have a fucking clue about what you’re talking about.

    3. Gullible? I as an American still have my guns and they are not just "shotguns and bolt-action rifles"

    4. Here, I’ll help you out on your quest for knowledge. Look up “fully automatic weapon ownership” in the USA.

Don't waste your breath Irish. This troll has resorted to the oldest liberal tactic in the playbook which is name calling. If anyone has a differing viewpoint, they are labeled as racist, incompetent, biased, etc. by the leftist. Someone who has ingested this much kool-aid has reached the point of no return and could never imagine having to keep a rouge government in "check" or make a stand against tyrants.

  5. I worked for an Insurance Company as a Facilities Manager back in the 90's. The owner of the company came to my office with stickers that he wanted posted on all of the glass doors going into or out of the building. They were the "No guns allowed in this building" stickers. I asked the owner if he was serious. He said "Yes, we need to protect our employees. I told the owner that "Those people who saw the sticker and obeyed it are the people who would never harm any of the employees, those who would kill employees would ignore the sticker anyway, so what good purpose is served by the sticker?".

He said "It will protect the company if there are any employees hurt from any lawsuits."

I asked "did he know of any personal injury lawyers who have ever been deterred by a sticker?"
He said "shut up and put up the sticker".

    3. Is that a subtle hint, that you're trying to dox me?

Well go ahead fukwit, I VPN back to Australia, so I can watch local content.

I actually live in Indonesia, along with the other 250 million other Indonesians, and I'm totally untraceable.

And another thing your pea-brain didn't consider, and that is, it can work both ways... one day, you may just wake up, and find that your pissy little blog has disappeared, or you're locked out of it.

    4. So it's much easier to delete my comments, than to directly rebut them?

Is it because, that the school actually employed two armed guards, and one of them was shot dead?

Or is it, that you don't have the intellectual guile to mount such a rebuttal?

Or is it, the fact that you are just a simpleton and a coward?

      Most likely all three.
