25 or 6 to 4....

Woke up wide awake at 3:35 am. The windows are all open and the cool night air has the room at 68 degrees. I got up and came downstairs for whatever reason I don't know. The "FULL MOON" is tonight according to the calendar, but right now it is absolutely amazing. I just got in from standing on the back deck of the house. The whole yard is lit by the bright moon that is just hanging over the tree line. I can see every leaf on the trees and my shadow is cast on the ground. What did my ancesters think millions of years ago? The sun reflecting off the moon to bath the night in light.. photons are amazing.....

The air is very still and all the bright stars are dotting the sky, not a cloud in sight. I just stood silently listening to the sound of the bullfrogs in the stream behind the house. How many thousands or millions of years have they been doing that? I will have to do an "INTERNET SEARCH" to see. I can also hear the sound of the truck tires on the 18 wheelers that are cruising on 495 making their way north or south to deliver the loads they carry. The highway is over a mile away and you can hear them hit the runble strips sometimes. Its amazing how loud it is.

Since in was 25 minutes to 4, the chicago song came to mind so I renamed this post to the title of that song.. a quick search of "SONGFACTS" reveils this: This was written by Robert Lamm, who is a keyboard player and singer for Chicago. It's about trying to write a song, with the title referring to the time of day: either 3:35AM (25 to 4) or 3:34AM (26 to 4).

Here is a little chicago for you:

Im going back to bed...6:30 am is a few hours away.
